I am so happy to be returning to my Chinese Medicine and Acupuncture practice more fully again!

To my wonderful patients who have patiently waited while my availability has been limited—thank you. Your kindness and support have meant so much. I can’t wait to see your beautiful familiar faces again and welcome new ones.

For the first time in quite a while, you’ll find appointments available to book online. I still have a limited number of openings left in July, and my August schedule will be open by July 10th.

**REVISION - PLEASE NOTE THAT THIS COURSE WILL ACTUALLY BE 2 HOURS IN DURATION FROM 2:00 TO 4:00 P.M.**
Making Sense of Pain (MSOP) is funded and designed by Pain BC. It is a weekly, free program that runs over 10 weeks and offers a an opportunity to:

- connect to and hear from others who are experiencing chronic pain
- learn about chronic pain and how it functions in our mind/body, covering subjects such as its relationship to stress, sleep, our thoughts, and nutrition
- learn and practice skills to reduce pain and improve movement

The program will run as an in-person course at Solis Integrative Health Centre, starting 27th February, and weekly thereafter on Monday afternoons. Financial assistance is offered to those who have barriers to attendance such as to support with cost of child/dependent care and transportation. Healthy food is also offered during the class.
