I’m a psychic medium with over 20 years of experience, offering connections to loved ones in Spirit and supporting others in developing intuitive abilities. Originally from Scotland, I made the decision to move to Canada in 2010 and settled in Edmonton. My passion for mediumship began in 2002, and I’ve been fortunate to learn from some of the best teachers in the world. I completed a 4-year medium

ship development program through my local Spiritualist Church in Scotland, followed by studying at the world-renowned Arthur Findlay College in England. Along the way, I’ve worked as a platform medium and led psychic and mediumship development workshops in Scotland, Vancouver Island, Calgary, and New Glasgow. In 2021, I made the move across Canada to my forever home in Pictou County, Nova Scotia where I provide mediumship readings both in person at The White Lotus in downtown New Glasgow and online via Zoom. Mediumship is my passion, and I love helping people find peace, clarity, and connection through my readings. I’ve also discovered a deep joy in supporting others on their own intuitive development journeys. Many people have beautiful abilities but aren’t sure how to explore or develop them. This inspired me to create workshops and events that guide others in unlocking their gifts. In the last few days, my Mum in Spirit has found some very concrete ways of letting me know that she’s around....the third one really blew my mind 🤍

The first was when I was walking along the beach after hearing of a recent su***de. I was feeling emotional and sending thoughts out to the person who had passed when I came upon this beautiful heart shape in the sand.

(Incidentally, this was the same beach where my mom left a heart-shaped balloon for me last year. It looked like a piece of garbage at first, but when I picked it up it said, “I Love You" just after I had been asking if she was around).

The next was while walking through the forest with my son, having some really lovely bonding time and thinking of her. I turned around and saw this heart-shaped tree trunk.

Then the following day, I was sharing some good news with my son while filling my water bottle. I let it overflow (as I frequently do 😂), and when I picked the bottle up to drink some so it wasn't so full this was the shape of the puddle left on the counter. Not perfect, but very clearly a heart!

Each one on its own might seem small to someone else, but when things happen this consistently, in moments filled with emotion, connection, love, or meaning… you just know. I never cease to be amazed and grateful at the ways my Mum let's me know she's around. Every time it lifts my day. She really is a wonderful person. 🥰

Mother’s Day can bring so many emotions — love, gratitude, memories, longing, comfort and connection all wrapped into one 🩷.

Today I’m sending love to all the Mum’s walking beside us here on Earth… and to all the Mum’s in Spirit who are still deeply loved, remembered and felt.

Something interesting happened the other day…

I left my phone on the table in my reading room and as I picked it up it somehow took this photo.

It was the ceiling light. The one that's been above me during every single reading I've done in that room. I've worked under it for years and never once looked at it from that angle.

Same room. Same space. Completely different perspective.

And it stopped me in my tracks - because that's exactly what it can feel like when Spirit first becomes real to you.

Nothing changes.
The light was always on.
The presence was always there.
You were always surrounded by it.

It’s not that Spirit suddenly appears (although that can happen too!).
It’s not that something “new” arrives.
It’s that something shifts within you.

And all of a sudden…
you start noticing, feeling, sensing…
what was always there.

A whole new perspective 💜

I’ve come to recognize when I’m experiencing frisson - those chills, goosebumps, or that sudden energetic “hit” in the body.

Sometimes it shows up as a physical chill. Other times, it happens mid-conversation - a strong, undeniable knowing that something being said is true or very significant. For me, goosebumps are a common signal here.

And when I’m connecting with Spirit and they want to confirm something strongly with me, it becomes very intense - I feel it in my bones; a full-body sensation that moves from top to bottom, like energy running straight through me.

Frisson is subtle at times, powerful at others but always meaningful.
