Seeing Ropana come to life like this has been surreal.

We’ve been testing different materials, finishes, and details — and this one finally feels right.

Still more pieces on the way (grounding socks, pillowcases, and more), but this was a big moment for us.

We’re building something intentional here.

Many of you have followed along with us through Adept over the past several years, and we’re incredibly grateful for that support.

Greg and I are excited to share that we are starting something new.

Introducing Ropana Health & Wellness.

Ropana is built around simple tools to help restore balance in everyday life — grounding, recovery, and natural wellness for the body and mind.

Over the next little while we’ll be sharing more about the products we’re testing and what’s coming next.

Did you think I was never coming back?

I was a little MIA the past while, we lived at the rink all winter and then we were busy soaking up every minute with our newest addition 🤍 but I am slowly planning to get back to taking orders here soon! And I wanted to let you all know we will be at again this year, this coming Saturday! From 6-10 pm you can find us in Miners apparel for men on provost st.

I will have a variety of products you can buy for mom for mother's day, and the boys have been busy making some handmade cards for you too (last year they sold out pretty quick!) they will be $2.00 each.

We can't wait to see you there!
