One of the biggest mistakes we see in aesthetics is treating features individually instead of assessing the face as a whole.

It's an easy trap. Someone comes in focused on one thing: a line, a hollow, an area they've been fixating on, and it's tempting to just treat that spot. But faces don't work in isolation. Change one feature without considering the rest, and it can throw off the balance rather than enhance it.

A note about appointments 🤍

At SLB, every appointment is reserved just for you, which means that when a spot is missed, it's one less opening for someone else who has been waiting. We've noticed an increase in last-minute cancellations and no-shows lately, so we wanted to be upfront about a few changes.

We send reminders about 3 in advance, giving plenty of time to confirm, reschedule, or cancel if plans change. Unfortunately, this approach isn’t working for us anymore. Moving forward, our 48-hour cancellation policy is now in full effect. Cancelling or rescheduling within 48 hours will incur a $100 fee.

We'll also be adding confirmation calls and asking for a card on file to secure your booking.

We know plans shift, and this isn't about that; it's about making sure everyone on our books gets the care and time they're waiting for. Thank you for helping us keep things running smoothly for the whole SLB community ✨
