TO ALL OF RUBY’S VALUED CLIENTS:
I, Jason Key-Bisson (Ruby’s Grandson) want to sincerely apologize for the delay in myself starting to book appointments for the clinic as Ruby willed me her practise as she trained and certified me. It has been not only a very emotional, and stressful time for myself and the family but been a long process to get her estate matters in order.

Not to mention, my father passed away suddenly 1 month after Ruby, in Nebraska and i’m his only next of kin for his matters as well… but at this time things are starting to get finalized and taken care of, so I do anticipate being able to start booking clients starting at the end of September. Unfortunately I will only be able to accommodate clients ONE DAY per week to start, as i also run 4 other businesses. Im working to hire and organize things som able to offer more than 1 day in the new year. I have taken note and account of every voicemail amd message that anyone has left on Ruby’s voicemail (705-647-9333) and will be keeping her number for the house and business line to simply the process for everyone.

If you are interested in booking an appointment you can do so by sending a PM to this business page or by calling 705-647-9333 and leaving a voicemail. Messages will not be returned right away (unless it’s an emergency) - All messages will be returned mid September in the order they were received and will then be booked starting end of Sept.

Thank you truly and sincerely to everyone for your continued patience and understanding during this overwhelming and unfortunate time. I assure everyone that I will be taking care of you and once we are reopened you
will continue to receive the same care and assistance, and guidance that Ruby has given you all.
