What a day. What a night. What a beautiful community.

Fridays on Front was an absolute blast! We got to meet so many new faces, share music, laughter, and good energy. We also loved seeing people from our last event come back and recognize us.

Those little moments mean more than you know. They remind us that what we’re building is bigger than music. It’s connection, community, and creating a space where people feel welcome.
From the sunshine to the music, the dancing, the conversations, and all the good vibes… today was truly wholesome from beginning to end.

Thank you to everyone who stopped by, said hello, played with us, shared a laugh, or simply spent a little time with us.

🌟NOW OFFERING YOUTH ROCKBAND SESSIONS🌟

Ever wanted to be in a band? Join other youth in a fun environment every week to play drums, electric guitar, electric bass, and sing. No experience required.

Register by emailing [email protected] with "Youth Rockband" in the subject line.

📍Location: 405 Columbia St, New Westminster, BC V3L 5N9
(close to the Columbia Skytrain station, wheelchair accessible)

📅 Dates: July 26 - August 30 (can continue after if interest is
high)

🕐 Time: Sundays from 4pm-5:30pm

What a wonderful day at Mechanics of Music Fest!

Thank you to everyone who stopped by our booth, explored our instruments, and shared the joy of making music with us. It was amazing to see so many people of all ages trying something new and having fun, especially with some of the new instruments we brought!

A special thank you to our incredible volunteers for your time, energy, and support, and to the organizers of Mechanics of Music for having People’s Music Therapy. We’re so grateful to be part of such a welcoming community.

If you couldn’t make it this time, we hope to see you at a future event. Until then, follow along for more community events, workshops, and music-filled moments. 💚
