✨ Exciting News – Willow Massage Therapy is Moving! ✨

After a wonderful time in Balsham, Willow Massage Therapy is moving to two new locations, giving you more flexibility when booking appointments.

📍 Balsham appointments will continue until 30th June.

📍 From 8th July, my new main treatment location will be in Stetchworth Ley.

📍 I will also be offering appointments at Chickz Next Door Hair Salon in Linton:
• Mondays: 10:00am – 3:00pm
• Thursdays: 2:30pm – 7:00pm

All other appointment times will be available at the Stetchworth Ley location.

I'd like to say a huge thank you to everyone who has supported Willow Massage Therapy over the years. Whether you've visited recently, booked in the past, recommended me to friends and family, or are considering booking in the future, your support means so much to my small business.

I look forward to welcoming you to one of my new locations soon. Whether you're looking for help with aches and pains, injury recovery, reducing tension, or simply taking some time to relax and unwind, I'd love to see you.

📢 A Little Announcement!

I wanted to share a quick update with you all.

Over the coming weeks, I'll be making a change to where I offer treatments. While one chapter is coming to an end, I'm excited to be starting a new one and will be sharing details of my new locations very soon.

Appointments at my current place will continue to be available until 30th June, after which I'll be taking a well-earned week off before reopening with two treatment locations, giving you even more flexibility when booking.

I'd like to say a huge thank you to everyone who has supported my business so far. It's been a pleasure meeting and treating so many wonderful clients, and I look forward to continuing to help you move more comfortably, manage aches and pains, recover from the demands of daily life, and support your overall wellbeing.

I did it!!!

After 18 months of studying, hours of case studies and practising techniques, I am thrilled to be certified in integrated myofascial release and pelvic realignment.

This modality of therapy utilises gentle sustained pressure to relieve the client from tension that has built up. This helps with tight shoulders, back ache, headache, jaw pain and many more issues.

I'm still here!

I've been quiet on here for a number of reasons and the main one being that I am very busy massaging lots of lovely clients!

My booking availability has reduced as my client database has grown and I am so very grateful to be in that position. I do still have appointments and welcome new clients so all my availability can be seen via www.willowmassagetherapy.co.uk

Other reasons for my social media absence include an intense course in Myofascial Release that I have been working on for the last six months and still have about a third to get through. MFR has already been integrated into treatments and has shown some incredible benefits for my clients. More to come next year on this!

I also got a puppy which is more time consuming that anticipated!!

Fourth and final day on the Myofascial Release UK workshop and feeling excited to bring back to Cambridgeshire a whole array of techniques to help those who feel pain and discomfort in their body.
It won't be too long until I'll be a fully qualified integrated MFR therapist and this modality is a real game changer in helping manage pain and exploring one's journey of healing.

Today I have another marathon runner coming in for a deep tissue massage to aid their recovery process.

Running a marathon is a pretty traumatic experience for the human body. Inflammation and swelling is very common.

Massage has shown to decrease the amount of pain that is expected the first week after a race. Massage also stimulates the circulatory system so decreases the recovery time.
