🎃 Pumpkins Are Heart Healthy!

Pumpkin isn’t just a fall favourite—it’s also a nutritious choice for your heart.

Pumpkin is naturally rich in potassium, fibre, vitamin C and antioxidants, all of which can play a role in a heart-healthy diet. And don’t forget the seeds! Pumpkin seeds provide healthy fats, fibre and important minerals.
🍂 Easy ways to enjoy pumpkin this fall:
• 🎃 Roasted pumpkin or squash with olive oil, garlic and herbs
• 🥣 A warm pumpkin and lentil soup
