We’re back (well, almost)!

Exciting news! We are pleased to announce that we will be reopening on Monday June 1st.

Rest assured that we are taking the necessary steps to ensure a safe and comfortable clinic space for your return to care. All Ministry Of Health requirements for patient safety have been put in place, including Plexiglass at the front desk, increased sanitization, masks to be worn by practitioners, and limiting the number of people in the clinic at one time.

As a multi-disciplinary clinic, our hours will be adjusted slightly to comply with safety. Chiropractic hours will be gradually increased based on demand while Massage Therapy will not be available until July. Naturopathic hours remain the same. Hi everyone! Just wanted to share a quick update regarding my clinic activities.

In an effort to limit all physical contact and keep each other healthy and safe, I am now conducting all consults via phone or video conferencing.

What does this mean?

- all essential follow up appointments are still on as scheduled.
- patients waiting on blood work and test results will be contacted to set up virtual appointments to discuss their results.
- no prescription interruptions! All scripts can be updated and refilled during virtual appointments.
- Unfortunately all in-clinic treatments/ visits (acupuncture, vitamin injections, supplement purchases) must be postponed until further notice.

What a mat leave!!

I’m so excited to announce that I’ll be returning to clinic in just 2 weeks! Starting February 5th I’ll be back to clinic every Wednesday from 12-7pm. Give a call to book in as appointments are booking up quickly.

A big thank you to for taking care of things while I was away.

These last 3 months have been incredible and I’ve truly enjoyed every moment with my little guys 👶 👦 and now we’re on to the next chapter.

Here he is! We’re so excited to announce the arrival of our baby boy. Leo was born October 29th at 5:55am weighing 7lbs 12oz. Mom and baby are both doing great and loving every minute of our new family! @ Mount Albert, Ontario
