Some days we genuinely wonder, how lucky are we?!

It is with all of the excitement we can’t contain a minute longer that we share with you…..the return of Samantha Stratton, RMT.

Samantha started with us in January 2017 and soon after wove herself into the fabric of our existence. In late 2023, Samantha left The White Birch to pursue furthering her education.

Fortunate for us, Samantha’s path has led her back to Niagara and back to The White Birch! With two RMTs on maternity leave currently, Samantha generously offered to step into the clinic a day a week to assist us.

You heard it here first. Samantha Stratton is back at The White Birch on Thursdays, and we’re pretty jazzed up to share space with her again. Welcome back to the nest, Sam. We missed you 🥹

Let’s make the most of your time!

Short appointments sometimes get overlooked, but they’re actually a really great option for those very specific, very persistent areas that just need a little attention, without needing a full session.

What 30-minute appointments are NOT ideal for:
☁️ Full body massage (we won’t quite have time to cover everything head to toe)
☁️ “A little bit of everything” type treatments
Multiple larger areas all in one go
☁️ Long, full-body relaxation, drift-off-and-unwind sessions

Instead, think focused and intentional:
neck and shoulders that have been hanging out at ear level lately,
low back that’s been a little louder than usual,
hamstrings that feel like they’ve tightened up over time,
or that one spot that keeps reminding you it exists throughout the day.

Your quick, targeted reset, simple, efficient, and very effective when used for the right area ✨

We’re so grateful for the community that continues to support and trust us with your care. As we grow, we remain committed to offering treatments that are thoughtful, intentional, and rooted in quality.

Beginning April 1st, our 60-minute Lymphatic Drainage treatment will adjust from $130 to $140. This change reflects the continued education, training, and time that go into each treatment, so we can provide the level of care you deserve.

Also starting April 1st, Kaitlynn Snell and Laura Baldin will be offering combination treatments. You’ll now be able to add a 30-minute lymphatic treatment to your massage appointment.

A beautiful way to support both muscle relief and gentle drainage in one balanced visit.
