šæ Summer Soul Series šæ
Yoga Through the Psalms
Iāve been sitting with an idea that has been on my heart for this summerā¦
What if we explored the timeless wisdom and poetry of the Psalms through the practice of yoga?
Each class would weave together mindful movement, breath, meditation, and reflections inspired by a different Psalmāoffering space to slow down, reconnect, and explore themes such as peace, courage, trust, hope, grace, and rest.
This wouldnāt be a Bible study or a church service. It would be a gentle, welcoming yoga practice where the ancient words of the Psalms become an invitation to pause, reflect, and simply be.
Whether these ancient prayers are deeply familiar to you or completely new, this series is an invitation to slow down, breathe, reflect, and discover timeless wisdom for everyday life.
Everyone is welcomeāwhether your faith is strong, youāre spiritually curious, or youāre simply looking for a meaningful yoga experience.
Some of the themes we may explore include:
šæ The Quiet Work of Grace (Psalm 65)
š Becoming Still in the Storm (Psalm 46)
š³ Rooted Like a Tree (Psalm 1)
š Resting in the Shepherdās Care (Psalm 23)
⨠Fully Known, Fully Held (Psalm 139)
āļø Lift Up Your Eyes (Psalm 121)
Iām considering offering this as a special Summer Soul Series, and before I begin planning, Iād love to know if thereās interest.
Would this be something youād enjoy?
Leave a š below, send me a message, or comment āIām interested!ā Your feedback will help me decide whether to bring this series to life.
If this resonates with you, Iād be honoured to explore these ancient prayers together this summerš
