We are just a few days away from our evening of Stillness & Sound.

As we slow ourselves down and tune in more deeply with the natural rhythm of the Earth we come to realize that it is OK to not be constantly on the move. Even during this Holiday Season, when there can be perceived pressure to go and do and participate in all the things...there is nothing wrong with pausing, taking a breather and just doing NOTHING. In fact it is the greatest gift you can give to yourself!

There is a great healing power in granting yourself permission to stop and just 'BE' for a little bit. Stillness and rest are EXACTLY what your body, mind, and soul deserve. In turn taking some time for yourself helps you to be the best version of yourself for others.

I call that a WIN-WIN for all.

'Tis the season to Settle into Stillness.

Kristen and I are so looking forward to hosting this beautiful event for you on December 18th.

To use Kristen's words....she will lead you through some meditative + restorative somatic movements before we transition into an immersive sound bath performed lovingly by me.

During the Sound journey, Kristen will be offering gentle energetic support with the groundedness of hot stones, before gently guiding you out.
