Today I had a beautiful experience with a friend who plays sound bowls. ✨

We journeyed into the Akashic Records together, creating space for healing and release. During the experience, he felt Spirit helping guide him as he played the bowls—not just from his hands, but from his heart. 🤍

The sound felt different… deeper, more connected, almost as if the bowls were carrying the healing energy through him.

It was a beautiful reminder that sometimes, when we allow ourselves to open and heal, we reconnect with gifts and parts of ourselves that have been waiting to be felt.

When we play from the heart, Spirit can move through us in the most beautiful ways. ✨🔔🤍

✨🌿 When Spirit Moves Through You 🌿✨

Today’s sound bath with Karen from Tranquility Sound was such a deeply mystical and beautiful experience. 🤍

Almost immediately, my entire body began to vibrate with the sounds. I could feel the frequencies moving through me, but especially through my feet—as though the energy was grounding me deeply into the Earth while simultaneously opening me to something beyond the physical.

As I surrendered into the experience, I began seeing massive, beautiful trees surrounding me in a forest. 🌲✨

The vision felt so powerful and intentional. I immediately felt BC—the towering trees, the deep connection to nature, the energy of the forest. And knowing I’ll be travelling there shortly made it feel like Spirit was giving me a little glimpse of what is waiting for me.

Almost like a whisper from the Universe saying, “You’re going exactly where you’re meant to be.” 🌲💫

Then something even more profound happened.

I felt something being released from my chest and throat. It was so tangible that I could almost feel Spirit reaching in, taking hold of something I had been carrying, and literally pulling it out of me.

I surrendered and allowed it to leave.

And when it did, I felt this incredible sense of release—like space had been created inside me for something new to enter.

I don’t always understand everything I experience in these moments, but I’ve learned not to question it. I trust what I feel. I trust the messages that come through. I trust that Spirit speaks to us in ways our soul understands.

Today felt like a release, a grounding, and perhaps even a little preview of the path unfolding ahead. 🌲✨

The trees.
The vibration.
The release from my chest and throat.
The feeling of Spirit moving through me.

There are no coincidences. Sometimes the Universe gives us a glimpse before we even arrive. 🤍

✨ A Beautiful Home Clearing & Spiritual Connection ✨

The other day I had the honour of doing a home energy clearing over FaceTime for a beautiful soul who had been experiencing a very disruptive energy within her space. My friend was there physically helping in the clearing also.

As I moved through the home, I was guided deeply by Spirit, the Creator, the Archangels, and the Ascended Masters. I trusted what I was being shown and felt the energy gradually shift, release, and move toward the light. ✨🕊️

What unfolded afterward was something truly special. The clearing naturally transitioned into a Reiki session, allowing her body and energy to settle into a place of peace and grounding.

During the Reiki, her grandfather came through with a loving message for her. 💫 It was such a beautiful reminder that sometimes healing unfolds in ways we could never plan or expect.

I am always humbled to be a vessel for this work—to hold sacred space, follow the guidance I receive, and witness the shifts that can happen when we allow energy to move and release.

Every home, every person, every experience is unique… and I am deeply grateful for the trust placed in me to walk alongside others on their healing journey. 🤍✨

Sometimes, when we clear the space around us, we create room for the light, love, and messages that have been waiting to come through. 🕊️

✨ My Last Somatic Healing Session ✨

Today was my last somatic healing session with Kat, and as I moved through the session, I felt something shift so deeply within me… I felt a part of me leave my body. It was such a profound experience — one that felt like a release on a soul level. 🦋

Kat has such an incredible gift for guiding me gently into what my body is feeling, while weaving together the body, mind, and soul. She creates a safe space where I can truly feel, release, and listen to what my body has been holding.

Over the past 1½ years, she has walked beside me through so much healing. She has helped me understand that healing isn’t always about thinking our way through things — sometimes our bodies hold what our minds have buried, and we have to lovingly allow those places to be felt and released.

I am so deeply grateful for Kat, for her wisdom, her guidance, and for the space she has held for me throughout this chapter of my healing journey. ❤️

Today feels like more than an ending… it feels like a new beginning.

A little more freedom.
A little more lightness.
A little more of me coming home to myself. ✨
