Today I brought new flowers and lights to Paul’s grave. As I sat quietly, there was a deep sense of peace all around me. In the stillness, I felt connected to the love we shared and grateful for the memories that continue to shine. Some visits bring tears, and some bring peace. Today was peaceful.” 💜

Today I celebrate 60 years around the sun. 🌞✨♥️

My heart is filled with gratitude for everyone who has allowed me to walk beside them on their healing journey. Whether through Reiki, spiritual guidance, holding sacred space, or simply being present, each connection has been a gift and a blessing.

As I step into this new decade, I am thankful for the lessons, the growth, the love, and the countless souls I’ve met along the way. Here’s to embracing life with an open heart, continuing to serve, heal, and shine my light.
