To be soft hearted is to be openhearted and open to offer compassion to yourself and others. When we practice keeping an open soft heart , we refrain from judgement and criticism. We look honestly at what’s before us, we are able to bare witness to our own shortcomings and struggles or those of another, and we accept them with love. ❤️

CAN PRENATAL YOGA BE THE FIRST TIME I EVER DO YOGA?
The answer is YES!

You don’t have to be an experienced “yogi” to participate in a prenatal yoga class. As long as your doctor gives you the green light to stay physically active during pregnancy, yoga is ideal for all expectant moms:

Prenatal Yoga is gentle and designed for pregnancy, which aims to help calm the mind, control breathing, relieve common aches and pains to prepare you in all aspects of childbirth and beyond.
We will be with you all the way. Expect some restorative and hands on practice.
