Nokomis Health Centre

Nokomis Health Centre Nokomis Health Centre is a Long Term Care Facility. We provide exceptional care for 14 Residents within the Saskatchewan Health Authority.

There are also 4 multipurpose beds utilized for purposes such as Respite, Convalescent and Palliative care.

Some of the residents went on a bus ride today to look at the rising water, see some pelicans and a couple baby goats.
