This Monday give someone a compliment, why?

It will make the person feel seen, heard and appreciated, subsequently it will also boost your mood.

Look for the good in others 💪🏻💚 show the good in you!

Our thoughts are with the families, friends and communities who knew and loved the two students who recently passed in such a short time span.

Canadian Mental Helath recognizes how deeply this can affect the well being of our entire community. We extend our sincerest condolences and hold space for sorrow, confusion and pain many are experiencing now.

Check in on one another, offer support and reach out if you know someone is struggling. No one should have to grief alone.

We have so many supports and resources in our community. Reach out, the community is here for you. See the pinned resource on our page.

Talk, share, and ask for help 💕🙏🫶

During Mental Health Week, the community of Meota came together with compassion and purpose, hosting a 5 KM Walk/Run to raise awareness and stand in support of those affected by mental illness.

The funds raised through this meaningful event was generously donated to our organization, helping us continue our work in supporting individuals in our communities who live with lifelong mental health challenges.

It was a powerful reminder that, together, we can create understanding, inspire hope, and make a lasting difference.

Those who host, volunteer, sponsor, fundraise, donate and engage in these events are leaving an impact and making a difference for many.

Special thanks to:
Discovery Co-op, Stratchona Resources, Meota ADRA, Meota Lakeshore Lions, Meota Do Drop Inn, Meota United Anglican Church

Our 2nd Champions of Mental Heath was an enjoyable evening!

Learning about mental health with our Fireside Chat speakers and celebrating individuals in our community making a difference in the mental health space in the Battlefords. We enjoyed beverages by Cafe 4 U and beautiful violin music care of our violinist Erin.

Congrats to all champs on doing good, making an impact 🫶💪🏻

These events are not possible without our sponsors. Thank you Innovation Federal Credit Union for being our Community Sponsor and sponsoring the Award & Recognition for our Event Champion.

Thank you to our Award & Recognition Sponsors in supporting our ability to deliver the Champions of Mental Health Awards in various categories and long term service.

Thanks to all our in kind sponsors and all those who donated funds and engaged in fundraising activities.

A special thank to our board and our fundraising committee who worked hard in supporting this initiative and making it happen beginning to end.
