Most of us are taught to wait until something becomes a problem before we pay attention.

But our bodies rarely work that way.

When you finally p**p after 3 days and suddenly understand the meaning of life...

You know the feeling.

The bloating disappears.
The pressure lifts.
Your pants fit again.
The birds seem louder.
The sun shines brighter.
You forgive your enemies.

For a brief moment, you're convinced you've reached a higher state of consciousness.

All jokes aside, constipation isn't something we talk about enough.

Many people are walking around feeling bloated, sluggish, uncomfortable, foggy-headed, and backed up, thinking it's normal.

It's not.

Your digestive system is one of the body's main pathways for eliminating waste. When things aren't moving well, your body has a way of letting you know.
