Since 2017 we have been supporting families within the North Bay and surrounding area as they bring home new babies and grow their families. Each one includes a few essentials to support you through pregnancy, birth prep, and early postpartum — plus some goodies from brands I love.

Right now baskets may include things like:

Support can look many different ways, and it doesn’t have to fit into one box!

I’m here to offer education, space to process, and steady support through many parts of the perinatal journey, not just birth or postpartum, and not in just one “right” way either.

You don’t need to have everything figured out to reach out. You don’t need a perfect plan, a specific type of birth, or a clear ask. Sometimes support starts with simply knowing you don’t have to navigate this alone.

If you’re looking for care that adapts, listens, and meets you where you are, I’d love to connect💜
