We are seeing a rise in young people taking too much Benadryl (diphenhydramine) on purpose in our community. This is very dangerous and taking high doses can cause serious harm or death. If you think someone has taken too much, get medical help right away or call emergency services (911).

Together, we can keep our youth safe. Please share this message and check in with the young people in your life.
