Vibroacoustic therapy (VAT) is a non-invasive, energy-based therapy that uses low-frequency vibrations to promote wellness. It has been used for over 40 years and works by harnessing the healing power of sound converted into vibration. Energetically it works much like acupuncture, however, sound can pe*****te much deeper into the body. The body is composed of 60-70% water, making sound vibrations far more effective as they are able to reverberate throughout the entire body on a deep cellular level.
A Vibroacoustic therapy session is a very soothing and relaxing experience that lasts about 25 minutes. After an initial consultation I will choose the specific frequency that best suits your needs. You will lie fully clothed in a chair against a back rest that is embedded with transducers which transmit specific frequencies as vibrations. You will simply lay back and relax allowing the healing vibrations to bring you to a sense of deep relaxation and a more balanced and healthier state of being.

Chakra clearing clients needed, no charge! Greetings beautiful souls! I've been incredibly blessed with obtaining a scholarship for the Shamanic Energy Practitioner’s course with Alberto Villoldo. I’m so very excited to be in this program as I wanted to expand and go deeper in my current knowledge; I’m always motivated to offer my clients the best of what I can offer in healing of body, spirit and soul! I am tasked with performing a certain number of practices and case studies that I need to write up to obtain my certification. Currently, I am doing chakra clearing and I welcome anyone who is willing to allow me to perform this on them. I do not have a place to practice out of but I am willing to come to you. No charge! This week, Chickadee blessed me with their medicine. The medicine they bring is about truth and knowledge. Along with their cheery and fearless presence, (they won't hesitate to attack birds larger than they are) they also bring their blessing and assistance in "uncovering the mysteries of the mind" and "awakening to higher understanding and truth." As I navigate creating my business, attracting new clients while also deepening my own knowledge and skills, I was sure feeling the support and encouragement of these lovely little guys this week! 🙏♥️
