I am so excited to be presenting at the ISABC Professional Day Conference again this year. I will be facilitating two workshops: Practical tools for Managing Anxiety and Practical Tools for Managing Anxiety Part 2.

Registration is open if anyone is interested in attending. There are so many amazing talks this years and you will get access to recordings to many of these even if you can't attend on Feb 17th.
