Camp Moomba, is a camp for children living with, or impacted by HIV, is holding a camp from Aug 3-7 at Camp Elphinstone, the YMCA camp on the Sunshine Coast. The camp is for children ages 6-17 and is entirely free with no travel costs to families

This camp creates a safe space for children who live with HIV or have a family member (parent or sibling) living with HIV, to safely attend camp, see a nurse for medication and learn about living a full life while navigating all that HIV brings.

Camp Moomba has been running for decades, has a robust alumni of previous campers who have created life long friendships.

If you are interested please contact Hadiza [email protected] , the Ribbon Community Youth program coordinator and the person who organizes Camp Moomba,
