New course!

New Live Course!

This month I’m joining up with Kelly Mahler to talk about "Interoception and Monotropism: Paying Attention to Autistic and ADHD Experiences".

It's really exciting to be working alongside someone as well known and respected as Kelly (and not just be talking to myself during training for a change!).

And I love that as well as being an Occupational Therapist Kelly also describes herself as an 'Interoception Groupie', as interoception is such a massive part of what I talk about and now I have someone to bounce off!

It will be good to meet each other's communities and spread the love, understanding and support between the UK and USA folx in our respective communities.

This course will take place live on April 29, 2024 at 12- 2pm Eastern Time USA, 5-7pm UK. Can’t make the live date? No problem! All registrants will receive 2-weeks access to the course recording.

This is Part 1 of a 2 Part topic.
In May we'll be doing another live course all about Interoception and Masking.

You can come along to just one session as they work as standalone topics. But they also work REALLY WELL together and if you come along to both you save $10.

Am I allowed to be ironic (and a little bit grumpy) and say if you want to do something properly useful during Autism Acceptance Month then coming along to listen to me and Kelly is a properly useful thing you can do.

Because these two sessions are really good things and a balm against so much of the tosh which is posted every April (mini rant over!).
