We are honoured to once again be the charitable beneficiary of Seymour Golf and Country Club’s 34th Annual Charity Golf Tournament on July 9, 2026.

Funds raised will support CMHA North & West Vancouver programs, including
the STEPS youth program, low-cost counselling, outreach services, and free social support groups at the Kelty Dennehy Mental Health Resource Centre.

We are currently seeking sponsorship from North Shore businesses at a range of levels. This is a meaningful opportunity to invest in local mental health and connect with a community committed to making a difference.

We’re grateful to Seymour Golf and Country Club for their ongoing support of community well-being. Together, we can help ensure more people have access to the care and connection they need.

To learn more about sponsorship opportunities, please contact [email protected] – we would love to connect.

As we reflect on this month’s panel held in honour of Mental Health Week and the 10-year anniversary of the Kelty Dennehy Mental Health Resource Centre, we’re reminded that connection can look different for every person.

Despite our differences – in experiences, identities, backgrounds, and journeys – there is something deeply human in our need for connection and belonging. And while the unknown can feel scary at times, especially when reaching out or trying to find where we fit, the stories and wisdom shared by our panelists reminded us that meaningful connection is possible.

Finding your people can take time. It can require courage, openness, vulnerability, and a willingness to keep showing up, even when it feels hard. But support, community, and belonging are out there – in fact, they are here on the North Shore!

And often, things like taking the first step to reach out for support, or attend the class you’ve been thinking about, or open yourself to a new connection is already a step toward better mental health. 💚

10 years of connection, community, and care đź’š

A few snapshots from this week’s community celebration and panel we hosted for Mental Health Week and the 10-year anniversary of the Kelty Dennehy Mental Health Resource Centre.

Thank you to everyone who joined us to celebrate, connect, deepen their understanding of mental health and wellness, and learn more about the work we do in supporting mental health on the North Shore.

We’re grateful to mark this meaningful milestone alongside our community and to be reminded that connection is at the heart of mental health and wellbeing – in all its many forms and expressions.

What to expect:
• Peer art fair
• Light refreshments
• Opening remarks + celebration
• Community panel with lived experience voices & professionals exploring isolation, belonging, and building more connected communities

FREE event: All are welcome!
Standing room will be available, but we recommend registering in advance at the link below to secure a seat for the panel (limited seating).
