The North Shore Community Foundation Golf Tournament Silent Auction is now live!

This year’s silent auction and 19th annual Golf Tournament supports the new Silver Harbour Seniors’ Centre: A vital hub in North Vancouver offering 70+ programs and services for adults 55+.

A brand-new, state-of-the-art facility is being built adjacent to the new Harry Jerome redevelopment. The goal is simple. Create a more accessible, welcoming, and inclusive space for the community.

Your bids will help bring it to life.

Funds raised will go directly toward furnishing the new centre with the equipment it needs to serve seniors for years to come.

An inspiring night at the North Shore Waterfront Gala — neighbours, businesses, and charities all in one room for one community.

So glad to see the work of Family Services of the North Shore and Harvest Project supported in such a meaningful way. A special thank you to and the team at Neptune Terminals, and to the founding waterfront sponsors whose generosity continues to anchor this event year after year.

A heartfelt shoutout to Elaine McHarg of the — her speech was a genuine reminder that local giving creates lasting local impact. And one more for Foundation Board Chair — for winning the Romp and Crown game at the end of the night, and redonating his $2,000 prize back to charity. Class move, Jordan.

Rather than offering one-style sessions, our RMTs focus on what your body needs in the moment, using a thoughtful blend of techniques; from Swedish and deep tissue to sports and prenatal massage. Each appointment is guided by a customized care plan designed to support meaningful relief, recovery, and overall well-being, so you can leave feeling restored, not just relaxed.

Below are the definitions for common massage techniques we offer:

Swedish Massage: Gentle to moderate pressure focused on relaxation, circulation, and easing everyday muscle tension.
Deep Tissue Massage: Slower, targeted pressure designed to release deeper muscle tension and long-standing tightness.
Sports Massage: Supports performance and recovery by addressing overused, tight, or strained muscles.
Prenatal Massage: A modified approach to help reduce pregnancy-related discomfort while prioritizing comfort and safety.
