My spine really said: “Since we’re being honest… here’s everything I’ve been holding in since 2007.” 💀😂

🎧 Turn the volume up. This therapy session has SOUND EFFECTS.

That elbow was HOLDING ON 😳💥

A quick elbow adjustment with a release you could definitely hear. 🔊

Joint restrictions around the elbow can affect mobility, comfort, and how the entire arm functions—especially with repetitive gripping, lifting, sports, or training.

⚡ Loud doesn’t necessarily mean “better,” but this one was definitely satisfying.

Would this sound scare you or satisfy you? 😂👇

🦷 The Masseter: A Small Muscle With a BIG Job

The masseter is one of the primary muscles of mastication (chewing). It runs from the cheekbone to the lower jaw and its main job is to elevate the mandible—essentially closing the jaw and generating force when you bite or chew.

Because it works every time we chew, bite, or clench, the masseter can become overactive and sensitive, especially with repetitive jaw clenching, teeth grinding (bruxism), stress, or prolonged jaw tension.

When overloaded, the masseter may contribute to symptoms associated with temporomandibular disorders (TMD), including:

• Jaw and facial pain
• Pain or fatigue with chewing
• Reduced or uncomfortable jaw movement
• Tenderness around the cheek and jaw
• Headaches or referred pain
• Increased tension around the TMJ

TMD is often multifactorial, meaning the joint, surrounding muscles, movement patterns, and other factors can all play a role.

That’s why assessing the muscles that control the jaw—especially the masseter—can be an important part of managing TMD. 🦷🙌

Your foot has 33 joints working together with every step. 🦶💥

When certain joints become stiff or restricted, it can affect how the foot moves, absorbs impact, and transfers force up through the ankle and leg.

Foot joint adjustments can help:
🦶 Improve joint mobility
⚡ Restore smoother movement
🏃 Support better foot & ankle mechanics
🔄 Complement rehab for stiffness and mobility restrictions

Small joints. Big role in movement.

Would you get your feet adjusted? 👇

🔓 Releasing the Subscapularis

❌ Shoulder injury and pain

The subscapularis is one of the four rotator cuff muscles and plays an important role in internal rotation, shoulder stability, and controlling the humeral head during movement.

When tight or overworked, it can contribute to shoulder pain, limited mobility, weakness, and altered mechanics.

This pin-and-stretch technique combines targeted pressure with controlled movement to help reduce muscle tension and improve shoulder mobility. 💪
