Feeling tight, stiff, or like your muscles just won’t let go?
You don’t have to simply put up with it.
IMS (Intramuscular Stimulation), also known as dry needling, is one technique we may use to help release tight, sensitive muscles and reduce pain.
IMS uses a fine needle to stimulate specific muscles that may be contributing to your symptoms.
The goal is simple:
Less pain.
Less tightness.
Better movement.
But IMS is only one part of the picture.
We start by assessing how you move, what is causing your symptoms, and what is keeping you from doing the things you love.
Then we build a treatment plan to help you move better and get back to doing what matters to you.
In this video, Dana Ranahan, Sports Physiotherapist in North Vancouver, demonstrates IMS on the lower back.
If pain or tightness is holding you back, we’re here to help.
👉 Book an assessment with us and let’s figure out how we can help you feel better, move better, and get back to what you love doing.
