Breast implant removal does not always mean your breasts will return to exactly how they looked before augmentation.

We see patients considering breast implant removal for several different reasons—but not all situations require the implants to come out.
A ruptured silicone implant, for example, does not automatically mean it must be removed if the breast looks and feels normal. However, rupture can increase the risk of capsular contracture, and implant warranty coverage may also make replacement a reasonable option.
Other reasons include anxiety about symptoms attributed to breast implants, capsular contracture causing firmness or deformity, or fluid collections developing around the implant.
The important point is that the decision to remove or replace breast implants should be individualized based on the findings, symptoms, and the patient’s goals.

The deep plane facelift has gained attention in recent years, but it's also a more technically demanding procedure that can carry a higher risk of facial nerve injury.
