The answer is no. A tummy tuck does not prevent pregnancy or interfere with your body's ability to carry a baby and have a normal delivery.
That said, if you're planning to have children, it's usually best to wait until you've completed your family before having a tummy tuck. Pregnancy can stretch the skin and abdominal muscles again, which may reduce the long-term cosmetic result.
