Meet Kaho Shibata, the Bronze Medal Winner in the Self Massage Division at the UTWA – World Thai Wellness Championship 2025.

Influenced by her mother, a professional therapist, Kaho became familiar with Thai massage from an early age. While working at a city office, she travelled to Thailand and earned Thai massage instructor certifications. She began her professional career as a therapist in 2020.

Kaho respects the traditions of Thai massage while adapting its techniques to the needs of the modern body. Her technical skill and expressive quality have earned recognition at national and international competitions. She has also served as a judge, contributing her experience to the Thai massage community.

สมาคมสุขภาพไทยสากล (Universal Thai Wellness Association: UTWA) ขอแสดงความไม่พึงพอใจและความกังวลอย่างยิ่งต่อการนำเสนอภาพลักษณ์ของ "นวดไทย" ในลักษณะที่ไม่เหมาะสม ซึ่งอาจก่อให้เกิดความเข้าใจผิดและส่งผลกระทบต่อเกียรติภูมิของศาสตร์การนวดไทย รวมถึงภาพลักษณ์ของผู้ประกอบวิชาชีพที่ยึดมั่นในมาตรฐานและจรรยาบรรณ
