A new offering at EVOLVE that involves energy healing. I move through points of the body and you share real-time feedback of changes in your body as they happen in the moment. This helps guide the direction of the healing. I also work in the energy field around the body at times.

Here are the results & feedback I received from my clients just last week.

It’s funny, I came from a space of thinking energy healing was “woo woo” and my mom practically dragged me to a “Reiki lady” when I was ill. Desperation had me trying any thing.

Although this isn’t anything like Reiki, I definitely believe in the power of energy healing and witness its magic daily.

Sometimes sessions involve Spinal Flow, somethings this, sometimes frequency, or a combo. Whatever the person in front of me needs and resonates with, this is what we do.

The importance of retraining is to release the limitations if the mind, so you can regain your true self.

Ask questions, get guidance in areas where you feel blocked or stuck in life, learn how to retrain, review your retraining steps, practice together, keep yourself on track and motivated to do the work, share wins, and more.
