I don’t know what comes next.
Perhaps for the first time, I’m trying not to rush to figure it out. I am allowing myself to grieve.
I am allowing myself to feel.
I am allowing myself to NOT have all the answers.
I am learning that there is something incredibly different about saying, “I can handle this.” versus “I don’t have to handle this alone.”
Maybe this is part of the lesson.
Not another person.
With myself.
With allowing myself to acknowledge what I need.
I am listening now.
The challenge is keeping a broken heart open.
An open heart does not mean an unguarded heart. An open heart still needs discernment.
I honour the woman I am.
I forgive the woman I was.
I discern what is aligned.
I allow what nourishes me.
I trust myself to decide what I allow into my heart.
I am listening to the heart I already have, and learning how to create enough safety within myself to hear what it is asking for. This is what safety does.
It allows.
It opens the heart to receive.
Anahata ~ Unstruck
What is it that exists beyond what has been wounded or broken? I can hear it whispering.
It has always been my heart's capacity for love/ed.
