💛 Sleep Quality – Prioritize restful sleep by decluttering your environment and using blackout curtains to create a peaceful space.
💛 Body Care – Honour your body’s foundational needs, wear clothing that brings you joy, and maintain cleanliness through self-care.
💛 Food as Medicine – Fuel your mental well-being with a balanced diet—fill half your plate with fruits and vegetables, balanced by grains and proteins.
