The Reiki First Degree Level is a permanent attunement to the Universal Life Force energy. Once initiated and attuned, a person gains the sensitivity to channel the energy for healing. The focus of Reiki Level One is all about Self Healing & Self Discovery. The training explains the system and energetics of Reiki, learns about the energetic body & various usages of Reiki.

The Reiki practitioner is only a channel, a vehicle for the Cosmic energy to move through, and must not allow the ego or will to desire the Healee well. Reiki does not come from the practitioner, but from the Cosmos through the practitioner.

"It was an amazing experience, where everyone was taught how to be the ultimate version of themselves. The program was powerful with many dedicated people from all over the world. Sadhguru’s presence was so full and still, he shared many hours with us to answer our questions.

Food was delicious, and the ashram was powerfully consecrated, with constant fragrance drifting in the air. I immersed myself in the experience from the first Shiva chant at 5:30 a.m. until the Devi chant at 8:00 p.m. and beyond. It was the most profound experience of my life so far, and I highly recommend it to anyone striving to reach their highest potential."

This month at Inye Yoga ✨

AyurYoga: June 14th (2 - 4pm)

This 2hr workshop includes head to toe self massages with various instruments (towel, dowel, & massage ball). We will also apply oil to hair and body, as well as nourishing sprays to balance the skin moisture and calm the mind.

Reiki First Degree Training: June 28th (9am - 4:30pm)
