I work with people who are navigating something difficult at work. That might be ongoing stress or burnout, anxiety that shows up in meetings or high-stakes conversations, a challenging relationship with a manager or a team, feeling like an imposter, or an event like a performance review, career change, promotion, or job loss.
Sometimes it's feeling stuck in a career that doesn't feel quite right anymore. Work takes up a large part of our lives and shapes how we see ourselves. When it becomes a source of struggle, the effects spill into our personal lives, our relationships, and our sense of who we are.
My approach is warm and practical. We'll look at how your mind responds under pressure, identify the patterns getting in the way, and develop concrete skills for navigating difficult thoughts, feelings, and situations so you can move forward with more confidence and ease.
Before becoming a therapist, I spent many years in business leadership. I understand the challenges and pressures in the workplace because I've experienced them myself. Many clients tell me that they were hesitant about booking an appointment and surprised by how natural and easy it felt to talk.
One conversation can make a difference. I hope you get in touch.
