After the long, tough winter we had- isn't it nice now to be surrounded by bright, yummy colours? The residents/ artists? at Post Inn have been busy creating their own sunshine. The stories, individuality and uniqueness of the art and the artists reminds us how everyone has their own story to tell. We LOVE it!

It's always lovely to "get out". Whether it's out for a little picnic, or a gentle stroll in the neighbourhood- or even a walk inside (if it's incredibly HOT out). "Getting out", has many benefits. It breaks up the day, it allows more opportunity to socialize with others and it can also remind us of all the beautiful things around us every day. And, as always- it's better with a friend beside us.
