When we say we want to see YOU there, we mean it. For years our PYC Summits were limited to our team, but this year we are going big any everyone is invited.

We have two days together in Hamilton. On Saturday we start early with a big group class, then break off into the workshops that mean the most to you. Choose your own adventure and pick different classes throughout the day. We’ve built in breaks so we can grab a bite to eat nearby.

Summits are special. We come away with a wider sense of our community - alllllllll the studios are coming out. Come with friends and meet new people. Follow the link in bio for tickets.

Because we’re not trying to create a room full of strangers.

We’re trying to create a community.

We want it to feel like a Sunday dinner at a friend’s house. A kitchen party where laughter fills the room. A place where people know your name, ask how you’re doing, and are genuinely excited to see you walk through the door.

Of course we love the calm, grounding moments that happen on the mat. But we also believe connection is part of the practice.

You’re not just a member here. You’re a guest in our home.

And honestly, can you imagine walking into someone’s home and being greeted with silence?

We’ll take the laughter, the conversations, and the sense of belonging every time. ❤️
