Almost ready to take flight. 🐦

These baby birds have grown up right outside one of our homes and will soon be fledging and beginning their next adventure. Watching them gain confidence and prepare for independence has been a wonderful reminder of what we strive to support every day: helping people build skills, grow in confidence, and reach their own goals in the community.

Today, Hugo Troccoli, Community Living Oakville’s Media & Communications Inclusion Coordinator, is attending the Developmental Services Sector Technology Showcase in London, Ontario.

The event brings together leaders, innovators, and professionals from across the developmental services sector to explore emerging technology, share ideas, and discover new ways to enhance supports and services.

One of the highlights of the day has been reconnecting with former colleagues and making new connections with passionate people who are helping shape the future of our sector.

We look forward to bringing back new ideas and insights that can help create even more opportunities for people with developmental disabilities.

Today’s CLO Live session was filled with smiles, laughter, music, and birthday wishes as we celebrated two special people!

What made today even more special was celebrating together with friends from across our Community Living Oakville community.
