There’s something so special about women coming together. 🤍

Yesterday, I couldn’t resist capturing this moment when I noticed these ladies all showing up in their matching outfits — but what really caught my eye was the sense of connection behind the picture.

Pilates is so much more than the workout. It’s the friendships, the laughter, the encouragement, the confidence, and the feeling of belonging to something.

I’m so grateful to have created a space where women can come together, move their bodies, support one another, and simply enjoy being part of a community. ✨

Just taking a moment tonight to appreciate the people behind this little business. 🤍

Every familiar face, every new client, every conversation, every class, and every person who continues to make Fitbox part of their routine is a reminder of why I love what I do.

I’m excited to offer a special 3-day Reformer Teacher Training Weekend for anyone who wants to deepen their understanding of Pilates and learn more about the mechanics behind the exercises.
This weekend is designed for:
• Advanced Pilates clients who want to understand the “why” behind the movements and develop a deeper knowledge of the reformer
• Current Pilates teachers who want to expand their repertoire and improve their teaching skills
• Aspiring teachers who want a practical introduction to teaching without committing to a higher-investment comprehensive certification program
What we’ll cover

Over three afternoons, we’ll explore:
• Anatomy and how the body moves
• Reformer foundations and essential exercises
• The mechanics, purpose and alignment behind exercises
• Teaching and cueing techniques
• Using props, including the Magic Circle
• Modifications and progressions
• A section on cardio trampoline/rebounder teaching
• Hands-on practice and teaching experience
Dates: Friday, November 13, Saturday, November 14 & Sunday, November 15
Time: 2:00–6:00 PM each day
Total: 12 hours of training
Investment: $1,000 + applicable tax
A $250 non-refundable deposit is required to secure your place. The remaining balance is due two weeks before the training begins.
This will be a small, hands-on group so that everyone has the opportunity to ask questions, practice teaching and receive individual feedback.
