Often, it’s the body asking for attention, support, and a different approach.
At Qi Movements, we don’t believe in simply pushing through pain, but we also don’t believe movement should automatically end because discomfort exists.
We look deeper:
• How is the body moving?
• Where is compensation happening?
• What needs more stability, mobility, strength, or recovery?
