Imagine being a straight dude who gets off on girl-on-girl but then spouts homophobic bu****it. If you want to treat people as a product while shaming them, that's a problem.
If you're more concerned about what is in another person's pants than with being kind and loving, that needs some work.
If you loved someone and that only changed because you learned their orientation, WHAT!? HOW!? They are still the same person. The only thing that changed, was that you activated your bigotry. At the same time, they learned they can't trust you. That sucks.
