This group is designed for children with diagnosed ADHD, suspected ADHD, or executive-functioning challenges, and focuses on practical, strength-based skill development in a supportive small-group setting.

Skills we target include:
๐ŸŸ  Understanding ADHD & executive functioning
๐ŸŸ  Attention, focus, & task initiation
๐ŸŸ  Emotion regulation & impulse control
๐ŸŸ  Time management, organization, & planning
๐ŸŸ  Sensory regulation, movement, & self-regulation
๐ŸŸ  Sleep, nutrition, & healthy routines
๐ŸŸ  Problem-solving, flexible thinking, & strengths-based growth

What to Expect:
โœ” Small groups (up to 10 participants)
โœ” Structured, predictable sessions
โœ” Explicit teaching with hands-on practice
โœ” Weekly skill practice to support real-life carryover
โœ” Parent handouts and resources provided each week

Because skills are practiced between sessions, parent involvement is an important part of helping children apply strategies consistently at home & school.

Our Teen ADHD Skill Building Group helps teens aged
