InnerBliss Reiki Services Welcome to InnerBliss Reiki Services. I always knew that I wanted to do something meaningful and helpful for my career. In 2023 my Grandpa died of cancer.

Reiki is a Japanese healing technique that uses the Universal Life Force Energy to balance and promote healing in the body, mind, and soul. I tried to become an LPN after high school but decided that was not for me. In 2020 I completed a Community Support Worker specializing in Addictions program, I decided that wasn't for me either. I was around a lot towards the end. One of the conversations we

had was him telling me how I need to be a nurse because I was taking good care of him. I knew nursing wasn't going to work out, but then I found Reiki. I wish I knew about Reiki when my Grandpa was alive. If I knew about then, I could have relieved him of some of the pain that he had towards the end.

Like most kids, mine love bubbles. The joy I saw on their face just from something as simple as chasing bubbles brought me so much joy. 🫧

While we were making bubbles one perfectly balanced. It reminded me of how we need to balance ourselves, inside and out.

Hello everyone, I’m Alyssa Goldstone, a Level 2 Reiki practitioner.
I don’t usually get too personal on my business page, but I believe you deserve to know who you’re coming to see when you book a session.

I’m a wife and a mom of two wonderful children. I was a stay-at-home mom for seven years before taking the leap to start my own Reiki business.

When I was 12 years old, I was diagnosed with epilepsy. I was told I would never get my driver’s license or have children—but today, I have both.

After my first daughter, I experienced postpartum depression, although I didn’t fully understand what I was going through until years later.

I’ve seen pain and trauma in my own life and in those around me. Because of that, I’ve always felt I was meant to help people—I just didn’t know how until I found Reiki.

I can be a little shy when I first meet people, but once I feel comfortable, I’m very easygoing and love to connect.

If you enjoy volleyball, basketball, Harry Potter, Friends, or anything spiritual—we’ll get along just fine 😊

My first experience with Reiki is something I always come back to.

At the time, I was recovering from whiplash and my right shoulder and neck were constantly sore. I went into my session open, but also a little unsure of what to expect. During it, I remember noticing that I wasn’t feeling any of the sensations people often talk about — no tingling, no warmth, nothing really noticeable at all.

But I didn’t think too much of it, I just let myself relax and trusted the process.

It wasn’t until I was on my way home that I realized something had shifted… my neck and shoulder weren’t hurting anymore. The pain I had been dealing with from the whiplash was just… gone.

That experience really stayed with me, because it showed me that Reiki doesn’t have to feel a certain way to be working. The energy is still flowing exactly where your body needs it, even if it’s quiet, subtle, or completely unnoticeable in the moment.

So if you ever have a session and don’t feel anything, that doesn’t mean nothing is happening. Your body is still receiving, still processing, and still healing in its own way 🤍

If you’ve been curious about Reiki or wondering if it’s for you, this is your reminder that every experience is different — and all of them are valid.
