Dear Valued Patient,
I am writing to inform you that after 44 years in practice, I am finally retiring as of January 30th, 2026.
I sincerely thank you for allowing me to be a part of your life and your health care. I have thoroughly enjoyed seeing you attain new levels of health and have the ability to do things that you might not have been able to do otherwise.
As a result of this connection, you have become a very special part of my life and my greatest concern in moving on to a new venture has been to find a compassionate and competent replacement, who will be as concerned about you as I am.
Persistence pays off. I have finally found the right successor in Dr Jonas Eyford. He has agreed to “Continue the Legacy”. He has been very busy getting to know all your cases in order to ensure continuation of the quality of care you have come to expect from us.
His approach is similar to mine, but he also brings fresh new ideas. I’ve made a great choice, and I know you will love him!
