I’m excited to share that I have completed my continuing education course focused on percussion techniques inspired by the work of Dr. Robert C. Fulford and the foundational principles of Dr. Andrew Taylor Still.

This training explored how gentle, rhythm-based techniques can support the body’s natural ability to release tension and restore balance. While rooted in osteopathic philosophy, I am integrating what I learned in a way that complements massage therapy, focusing on improving mobility, easing muscle tension, and enhancing overall treatment outcomes.

It was an honour to share space with such incredible participants throughout this experience, and I am delighted to now offer these techniques as part of my treatments.

I am always committed to continuing my education so I can provide thoughtful, effective care, and I look forward to bringing these new skills into my sessions to offer even more support in how your body feels and moves.

A heartfelt thank you to Dr. Fulford—though “thank you” hardly feels sufficient for the wisdom and legacy he has shared with the world. Thank you as well to Dr. Koss and Dr. Monica for your teaching, encouragement, and dedication to keeping Dr. Fulford’s work alive.

Together, we continue to spread love, light-life.

🍃 Forest bathing is a gentle invitation to slow down and reconnect with the earth beneath your feet. 🍃

It’s not about hiking a certain distance or reaching a destination—it’s about being present. Listening to birds chirping in the trees, feeling the grass against your skin, wiggling your toes into the dirt, and allowing yourself a moment of pause in a busy world.

Time spent in nature has been shown to support healing by calming the nervous system, reducing stress, improving mood, and helping us feel more grounded and connected. When we step away from screens and schedules and immerse ourselves in the natural world, we remember that we are part of something larger.

Take a deep breath. Find a patch of grass, a forest trail, or a quiet place under a tree. Let nature hold you for a little while.

Oh Dearest Human,

I work 24 hours a day.
I never call in sick.
I support your immune system.
I clean up cellular waste.
I help manage swelling.

Yet somehow your stomach gets all the attention.

Respectfully,

I sourced out Colleen as lymphatic massage was recommended by my doctor to aid recovery after surgery. It’s now, not only the most important appointment of my week but now a life commitment! Yes it definitely did its job as far as reducing swelling but it has given me back so much more. I’m in the process of being diagnosed with an autoimmune based disease, it’s been a long time of just dealing with it and over two years of getting a diagnosis. I’m finally at the homestretch i’ve been informed by my doctors that it’s either MS or rheumatoid arthritis. Either way, not good. I can tell you I’ve never felt better, I’m not 100% and I never will be again. I was terrified how I was going live life the way I wanted to live, I’m only in my forties, I felt so medicated I couldn’t even drive, I remember having to call my husband to come get me pulled over on the side of the road having that real realization for the first time. It brought on a lot of dark feelings/ depression, it seemed like it was going to either be take the medication so you can have some quality of life or don’t and live in pain. For lack of a better term I’m starting to see the light, after my first session, I could tell something was happening then, as the swelling, the purpose I went in the first place started to go away… I could feel it in areas of my body that I haven’t felt in years! I could move! I could put my rings on! I could make it through the day not as exhausted! But most importantly, I could feel it in my inner soul, in my heart, finally what I’ve been wanting to help me deal with something I was struggling to deal with was here, tears of joy. Colleen is the best teacher the best healer, she is kind, she is informative and she actually cares! You can just tell it’s just who she is. I would recommend Colleen and lymphatic massage to anybody who would listen and I honestly think that the method is definitely important but the person implementing the method is equally as important and this is a winning combo for me.

It’s here!

The ebook from our first workshop is now officially available on Teachable:

Perfect as a companion to the workshop—or as a powerful standalone resource—this ebook gives you the tools to support your body in a way that feels intuitive, grounded, and effective.

Often overlooked, this powerful system is essential for detoxification, immune function, and maintaining your body’s natural flow. When it’s supported, you feel clearer, lighter, and more energized. When it’s not, things can start to feel stuck—physically and energetically.

This ebook transforms the teachings from the Lymphatic System: The Body’s Unsung Hero of Healing, Immunity & Flow workshop into a practical, easy-to-follow guide you can use anytime.

This book walks you step-by-step through understanding your body and creating a lymphatic routine that actually fits your life.

Inside, you’ll find:

Small business. Big heart. Beautiful blooms. Shining a spotlight on a local floral favourite in our community.

Katrina Kerr is such a kind soul and she has a wonderful business called The Lady Bug Studio. She carries everything from flowers to the work of local artists, and the gardens and greenhouse.

Also a great place to pick up a graduation gift for grads! 🧑‍🎓👩‍🎓
