I’m excited to share that I have completed my continuing education course focused on percussion techniques inspired by the work of Dr. Robert C. Fulford and the foundational principles of Dr. Andrew Taylor Still.
This training explored how gentle, rhythm-based techniques can support the body’s natural ability to release tension and restore balance. While rooted in osteopathic philosophy, I am integrating what I learned in a way that complements massage therapy, focusing on improving mobility, easing muscle tension, and enhancing overall treatment outcomes.
It was an honour to share space with such incredible participants throughout this experience, and I am delighted to now offer these techniques as part of my treatments.
I am always committed to continuing my education so I can provide thoughtful, effective care, and I look forward to bringing these new skills into my sessions to offer even more support in how your body feels and moves.
A heartfelt thank you to Dr. Fulford—though “thank you” hardly feels sufficient for the wisdom and legacy he has shared with the world. Thank you as well to Dr. Koss and Dr. Monica for your teaching, encouragement, and dedication to keeping Dr. Fulford’s work alive.
Together, we continue to spread love, light-life.
