Lower and midback tension and pain often have a few contributors, here’s a combined movement stretch that relieves a lot! I move quickly for the sake of the video, take your time and move slowly, rest comfortably in the stretches for 5-10 seconds or more.

When things are really tight I can hardly lean back at al the first couple times, but with repeated rotations it all lets go. You can also do the rotations by leaning over a counter if getting to the floor is difficult.
