Rupali is taking over Wednesday nights with a traditional Hatha Style class at 6pm! This is not a flow class; this is pose-by-pose instruction on proper alignment.
Come learn from Rupali every Wednesday night!

This class focuses on building strength, flexibility, balance, and body awareness through traditional yoga postures, mindful movement, and conscious breathing.

Each session offers clear guidance, variations, and supportive instruction, allowing every participant to practice at their own pace and according to their own individual needs.

This morning I gave a 70-minute Zoom talk/presentation on the Yoga and Adventure Retreat I am hosting in Thailand next year. If you missed the memo, your interest is piqued, and you would like to know more, let me know and I'll email you the recording.

Ellen sings my praises, but I sing hers. She's shown up, week after week to the chair yoga at the Therapeutic Activation Program through Desert Sun Counselling

With reduced mobility, she listens to her body, adjusts her movements based on how she feels, and finds calm in her breath.

This is advanced practice. Listening to yourself, adapting, and dedicating to your practice.

Yoga works when you keep showing up for your own self-care. ❤️
