Wow, what a journey in the past 2 years.
♡ 5 day in-class education
♡ first aid training
♡ breastfeeding certificate
♡ IPAC food handling certificate
♡ Police check Vulnerable sector
♡ 3 x families allowing me into their birth journey
♡ 3 x families letting me into their baby bubble and help postpartum
♡ Doula School International exam = 95% pass!!

When I step back and look at what I have accomplished over the last few years, I am so grateful of my family support. The rad Grandparents who step in and watch my kids while I go to 'work'. My husband who has encouraged me 100%. Definitely could NOT have done any of this without them. Thank you!!

To all the families I have had the privilege of getting to know. Thank you for taking the leap in trusting me.

Super grateful that I spent my morning with a baby and a book with HEAPS of rhymes and songs. So many great memories of playing with my babies when they were little.

Penticton library has an awesome program for parents and babies to learn, play and meet friends.

Thinking of a home birth? Want to labour as comfortable as possible? Try a birth pool! I personally birthed 3 out of my 4 children in water and can safely say it helps relax your muscles more, get you in more of a 'comfortable zone' and helps your body slow down and stretch where necessary!!
