Bradley Creek Fire evacuees needing a safe place to land:

We have room for horses or cows and pens for small critters in Salmon Arm (near Canoe) with lots of room to camp.

I cannot haul this evening but I do have a small stock trailer I’m happy to lend out to assist in evacuations.

Alignment Series: Self, Relationship, Action
A deconstructed retreat: so instead of stepping away from your routine, you can step into it differently.

A 4-part immersive journey back to yourself spread across 2 Saturdays.

This series is designed to support you in reconnecting with your inner knowing, regulating your nervous system, and shifting how you show up in your relationships—and your life.

Blending somatic awareness, energy healing, and equine-assisted experiences, each session invites you to move beyond insight and into embodied change.

Each session includes:
✧ Grounding + guided awareness practices
✧ Intuitive, energy-based healing integration
✧ Experiential work alongside the horses (mirroring, co-regulation, attunement)
✧ A hand-crafted wellness takeaway (custom teas, essential oil rollers + more)

The Journey

Step one: Emotional Intelligence & Self-Care
Reconnect with your body and nervous system.
Learn to down-regulate, attune to yourself, and create a self-care rhythm that feels supportive and sustainable.

Step two: Attachment & Authenticity
Explore the balance between belonging and being true to yourself.
Strengthen your intuition, identify your needs, and begin to hold boundaries without losing connection.

Step three: Empowerment & Self-Efficacy
Step into your personal power.
Build trust in yourself and your ability to take aligned action from a grounded, regulated place.

Step four: Interdependence & Relational Effectiveness
Experience a new way of relating.
Move beyond over-giving or shutting down—into balanced, respectful, and connected relationships.

We are excited to offer no-cost 6-session packages to people aged 18-30 years in partnership with Canadian Mental Health Association Shuswap-Revelstoke and Ride Don't Hide fundraising initiative.

Ride Don’t Hide is a national movement focused on raising funds, lifting up our community, and helping break the stigma around mental health. Conversations that once felt hard are becoming louder, more open, and more human, and every pedal stroke is part of that change.

Our Goal: to create accessible, low-barrier mental health support
for young people navigating their mental health.

Two pathways for support:

1. Clinical Counselling to support mental health. May focus on stabilizing grief, addictive and self-destructive behaviours, trauma and/or PTSD, or creating movement in areas that feel stuck.

Sessions may include traditional talk-therapy approaches, equine-assisted therapy, and/or EMDR.

2. Counselling and Equine-Assisted Learning combo: A coordinated care model involving both a counsellor and an equine-assisted learning coach.

Sessions focus on building real-life skills through experience, reflection, and guided support for emotional regulation, self concept, relational skills, negative beliefs, and stress.
