Be consistent!
A few weeks ago, while on vacation, I challenged myself to stay consistent with my running routine.
It would have been easy to take a break, but maintaining a realistic routine helped me continue making progress and reduced my risk of injury when I returned home.
Consistency isn't about being perfect. It's about showing up for yourself in ways that are manageable and sustainable.
The same principle applies to our mental health. Small, consistent actions can lead to meaningful change over time. Whether it's setting healthy boundaries, practicing self-care, developing coping strategies, or working toward personal goals, progress is built one step at a time.
At B Healthy Counselling, we help individuals identify realistic goals, overcome barriers, and build habits that support long-term emotional well-being.
What is one small thing you can do this week to support your mental health?
