We’ve had some really beautiful dances these first few months. They have been intimate, connected, and deeply loved by the people in the room. This month, we’re bringing in a BIG guest DJ! I would truly love to keep cultivating events like this in our community.

One thing folks may not realize is that advance ticket sales are what allow small grassroots events to confidently move forward and sustainably bring in artists, rent spaces, and keep creating these experiences.

TCM has evolved over thousands of years - and even though treatments are often referred to as "Acupuncture" - it's really so much more!

There's a new dance experience in town ♡ Once a month on the Final Friday of the month - 𝙣𝙚𝙭𝙩 𝙤𝙣𝙚 𝙞𝙨 𝙘𝙤𝙢𝙞𝙣𝙜 𝙪𝙥 𝙣𝙚𝙭𝙩 𝙁𝙧𝙞𝙙𝙖𝙮!

Ecstatic Dance is free-form, sober movement to a curated musical journey that gently builds, peaks, and then winds back down. No choreography, no judgement - just an invitation to move in the way your body needs.

𝙒𝙝𝙮 𝙙𝙖𝙣𝙘𝙚? Dancing builds community, improves circulation & lymph flow, smoothes body tension, encourages cognitive flexibility and regulates the nervous system. It also boosts endorphins, dopamine & serotonin and is a huge mood-lifter (especially necessary in these long winter months). It’s like a full-system tune-up!

For years, my work has lived under my own name… intimate, personal… perhaps even a little quiet. And, as healing work does, it expanded beyond me.

It asked for more structure. More support. A wider container to hold what it was becoming.

It asked for a vessel.
Like a body. Like a bowl. And more…

So, through this deep winter, these final Snake months, I’ve been steadily building one. A space strong enough to hold this work now, and every evolution still to come.

Today, with the new Fire Horse energy (that is at the very core of who I am), I step into this next chapter.

Full Moon medicine day ♡
Tuning into the beauty of this sunshine harvest moon day to anchor the light into some healing magic. Creating a big batch of Green Healer Salve - iykyk ;)
